In this turbulent and competitive environment, employees are constantly besieged with problems and challenges that must be grappled with in order to achieve the organisation’s goals and objectives. These problems and challenges appear in various forms and dimensions that only those with adequate training, knowledge, experience and skills will be able to handle.
Studies have shown that consumers are increasingly willing to spend more for higher quality products and services. Companies that concentrate on quality and productivity can often drastically improve their performance.
In today’s highly competitive environment, quality, productivity and professionalism make a significant difference. In order to achieve these, employees must muster complex business subjects whether qualitative or quantitative in nature.
One tested solution is for employees to be trained, coached, mentored and guided continuously that will enable them to apply extensively and objectively the knowledge, experience and skills gained during the training sessions.
It is with this background that I have, through years of turnaround experience, specially designed and developed the Executive Development in Corporate Leadership Programme to train and equip employees with the latest management and business techniques, coach and mentor them to improve their business acumen and skills and at the same time provide the relevant knowledge, to handle today’s dynamic environment.
The primary intention is to create corporate leaders of the future who will be able to lead the organisation’s performance to greater heights.

Mohd Raimee Mohd Tamin
Raimee has more than 35 years’ international leadership and management experience value-adding businesses in Australia, Greece, Italy, Maldives and Malaysia. With his vast international experience implementing strategies and solutions, Raimee has facilitated numerous companies to turn around, value-add and consequently reach another level of success.
While abroad, he held various senior management positions including as Executive Chairman of Navitalia Spa, a ship owner and fast ferry operator in Palermo, Italy; Executive Chairman of Castell Group Pty Ltd.,
a local property consortium in Perth, Australia; Managing Director of WaveMaster International Pty Ltd, a world-known fast ferry builder in Henderson, Australia; CEO of Gazelle Foods Pty Ltd, the largest contract food manufacturer for Kellogg’s in Sydney, Australia and Group CFO of Sultans of the Seas Group, a prominent tourism group in the Maldives.
In addition, Raimee has also sat on various Boards of Directors – as Finance Director of Macro Corporation Ltd, a public listed gold mining company in Melbourne, Australia; Director of Ocean Spirit Cruises, a leisure maritime company in Cairns, Australia; Director of Vagabond Cruises, a river cruise in Sydney, Australia and Finance Director of Reethi Rah, a 7-star resort in the Maldives.
Since his return to Malaysia in late 2009, he has served as Corporate Advisor to MB Incorporated of Perak, CFO of Malaysian Agrifood Corporation Berhad and CEO of Cold Chain Network Sdn Bhd, both are subsidiaries of Khazanah Nasional Berhad.
He has also served as VP – Operations of Halal Development Corporation (HDC), a government agency that spearheads the development of the country’s Halal ecosystem, CEO of International Brass Industries Sdn Bhd, the largest brass rods manufacturer in the region, CEO of Malaysian Aluminium and Alloys Sdn Bhd, the second largest aluminium ingots manufacturer in Malaysia, CEO of Diayo Die-Casting Sdn Bhd, a metal stamping company, Group CEO of Olio Group, a local oil and gas service provider and CEO of Atlantis Capital Sdn Bhd, a bumiputra supermarket chain, facilitating all these companies to reach a new level of profitability and liquidity.
At present, Raimee is the Chairman of Skinville Sdn Bhd, a local company manufacturing skincare products under the brand name of Jardin Peau. He is also a freelance business consultant and advisor specializing in business turnaround, improvement and transformation.
He holds various professional accounting qualifications from the UK and a Bachelor in Accounting from the University of Northumbria, UK. He was a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
In his spare time Raimee conducts various corporate training programmes primarily aimed at creating corporate leaders of the future who will be able to lead their organisation’s performance to greater heights.
