Hamidah Jusoh, with a total of 25 years of working experience. 12 years in the airport’s sector while another 13 years in business and corporate consultancy.
She is among the pioneer in the development of the mega multi-billion airport project, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), representing the government of Malaysia through KLIAB. She’s responsible for ensuring that the nerve system of KLIA – TAMS (which contains 48 Integrated Systems) construct, develop and well running to ensure the smooth opening of KLIA as well as the operations of KLIA together with Malaysia Airport Holdings Berhad (MAHB).
Her last position in MAHB was as Quality Assurance Manager who was responsible for the first setup of the ICT Quality Assurance Department. She also holds a position as ISO Management Systems Management Representative (MR) for Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001:2008; Information Security Management System, BS7799 Part 2:2002 and ISO/IEC 27001:2005; and Management Appointee for Occupational Health and Safety Management System, OHSAS 18001:1999. She is also responsible for KLIA ICT operations and maintenance audit and SDLC.
Hamidah’s experience spans 12 years in leadership, planning, managing, and controlling the entire spectrum of operations of KLIA.
She is also appointed as part of the Saudi Arabia B20 compliance and integrity task force. Her strength is in managing processes and people. Her expertise is in corporate governance, management systems (especially in MS1900:2014, ISO9001:2015, ISO 17679 & MS2610), integrity and compliance as well as Information Technologies.
